Thanks for visiting!

I’m Becky Radecki (looks like it rhymes—but does not!). I’m a brand consultant and creative director with over 15 years of experience. I’ve led the rebrand over 45 software companies, helped snacks go viral online and traveled to mountaintops shooting documentaries. I love finding the small human details in a story and amplifying them into something that feels universal.

A great brand appeals to both sides of your mind.

I’ve built my career as a Creative Director who is deeply invested in brand and business strategy, as well as the visual and experiential world that comes out of this work. Whether you’re a personal care brand trying to create new behaviors or a manufacturer of semiconductors trying to explain what you do, I thrive on learning the nuances of all kinds of businesses.

As a lover of language learning, I apply this same mindset into how I build brands. I dive deep into your semiotics and culture, learn the intricacies of your category, and make everyone on your team feel heard in the process. To make brave branding choices, you need to build understanding and alignment between many diverse perspectives you serve. I love navigating this process for all kinds of companies.

About Me

In school, I designed my own major in cultural studies, English and journalism, and studied as many languages as I could with my spare credits. I helmed the A&E department of the Minnesota Daily, while also interning at METRO magazine and the Star Tribune.

I started my professional career at Zeus Jones, where I was a creative for 6 years, then spent 8 years at Superhuman leading the creative practice. In my off hours, I taught classes in voice & tone, copywriting and finding your presentation style.

I believe that to bring more diverse perspectives into our industry, leaders must build confidence in creative people of all backgrounds. I’m passionate about teaching, training and developing talent to make the advertising industry less homogenous and more welcoming to all people.

When I’m not working, I …

-Write fiction and report for A&E publications

-Paint with watercolors and alcohol inks

-Run

-Learn languages

-Read, watch TV and watch movies
